With over 34 years of combined experience, Bruce and Paula give you the best possible service available. They enjoy making dreams come true: the dream of home ownership. Bruce has been the instructor for a First Time Home Buyer class at the University of Wisconsin extension in Kenosha.
Bruce and Paula are fully computerized for almost all aspects of the Real Estate industry. This includes MLS, Super CMA, advertisements, closing statements, feature sheets, and other software for Real Estate. They continue to improve and expand with information and software to bring you the very best in service.
Both have long time knowledge of the Northwoods where Bruce and Paula owned land since 1980 and lived in the Minocqua area from 1980 -1988 and from 1998 - present. Bruce's family goes back to his Grandparents who lived in the Hazelhurst; Bruce has enjoyed the Northwoods since 1951. Both are very familiar with the Northwoods area. Bruce and Paula have five children and eight grandchildren. They understand the stress of the moving process on children. Bruce and Paula Giles have the knowledge and experience to help in all aspects of Real Estate.
